About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to serve as a Corporate Driver. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting company executives, staff, and authorized visitors while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive company executives, staff, and authorized visitors to designated destinations
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off according to schedules or instructions
• Transport documents, equipment, and materials between offices or project sites as required
• Follow the most efficient routes while complying with traffic laws and company policies
• Conduct daily inspections of assigned vehicle for cleanliness, fuel, oil, water, and tire pressure
• Report any mechanical faults, damages, or maintenance needs promptly to the supervisor
• Ensure that vehicle servicing and repairs are carried out on schedule
• Keep the vehicle clean (interior and exterior) and maintain a neat appearance at all times
• Maintain a vehicle logbook for daily trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance records
• Ensure that all vehicle documents — license, insurance, roadworthiness, and permits — are valid and up to date
• Assist in filing transport reports and submitting fuel receipts when required
• Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and company driving policies
• Practice defensive driving and ensure the safety of passengers and property
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information or clients
• Exhibit courtesy, patience, and professionalism at all times

Qualifications & Experience

• SSCE / OND qualification
• 3–5 years' experience as a corporate or executive driver
• Valid driver's license
• Good knowledge of local and inter-state routes
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
