About the Role

Vitafoam Nigeria Plc is seeking an experienced Corporate Cook who is hands-on with cooking and capable of coordinating other cooks to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, leadership, and strong culinary skills to deliver high-quality meals consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present a wide variety of meals to company standards
• Supervise, coordinate, and mentor other cooks and kitchen assistants
• Plan menus in line with nutritional needs, seasonal availability, and budget
• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, health, and safety regulations
• Manage kitchen inventory and coordinate supply needs
• Maintain efficiency and orderliness in the kitchen environment

Requirements

• HND in Catering, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Proven hands-on cooking experience, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene best practices
• Ability to work under pressure while delivering high-quality results
