ActiveEdge Technologies is seeking an experienced Core Infrastructure Technical Lead to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of core infrastructure servers, storage, virtualization, backup, and disaster recovery solutions
• Provide technical expertise during presales engagements to ensure infrastructure solutions are sound, scalable, and client-ready
• Collaborate closely with Cloud and Security teams to build hybrid and secure environments
• Mentor and guide infrastructure engineers while ensuring processes and documentation are comprehensive and up-to-date

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering/operations (with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role)
• Strong hands-on skills with servers, storage (SAN/NAS), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and hyperconverged systems
• Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions
• Exposure to presales or solution design processes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or OEM certifications
