The ideal candidate will be responsible for meal preparation, kitchen operations, and maintaining cleanliness while ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent food presentation and taste. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards

• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company expectations

• Plan menus and assist with daily food preparation schedules

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and cooking equipment

• Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations

• Monitor food stock levels and report shortages

• Minimize food waste and control kitchen costs

• Work effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements: & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a cook or chef

• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment

• Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Good teamwork and communication skills

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Skills:

• Culinary training or certification

• Creativity in menu development and food presentation
