Cook - Fine Dining

The Cook will support kitchen operations by executing dishes with precision, consistency, and adherence to fine dining restaurant standards. This role requires previous experience in upscale restaurant environments and a strong understanding of refined culinary execution. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare dishes according to established recipes and fine dining presentation standards

• Support the Chef in daily kitchen operations and service execution

• Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and portion control

• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and hygiene practices

• Assist with mise en place and station readiness before service

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned kitchen areas

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Cook in a fine dining or upscale restaurant

• Strong understanding of professional kitchen operations and food safety standards

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak service periods

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Salary ₦150,000 monthly.
