Control Room Officer at Pajuno Development Company Limited

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Control Room Officer to join our team and support real-time monitoring, incident response, and operational coordination across our systems and field teams. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lekki, offering excellent opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor operational dashboards, CCTV systems, and network tools to ensure system uptime
• Track alerts, alarms, and notifications, and escalate issues promptly
• Log and manage incidents using the internal incident reporting system
• Coordinate with technical teams and field engineers to resolve issues quickly
• Maintain daily logs, operational reports, and shift handover notes
• Ensure all monitoring tools and communication equipment function optimally
• Collaborate with other departments to uphold safety and security protocols within company premises

Information Security Management System (ISMS) Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies and procedures
• Report information security incidents immediately and ensure proper escalation
• Handle system data, logs, and access information securely at all times
• Follow approved access control, authentication, and data protection guidelines
• Participate in periodic ISMS trainings, audits, and compliance checks

Requirements

• OND/HND/BSc in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Experience in control room operations or monitoring roles (advantageous)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to multitask, stay alert, and work under pressure
