Control Room Officer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Control Room Operator to manage and coordinate security operations from the control room. The successful candidate will ensure efficient monitoring, quick incident response, and strict compliance with company procedures and security standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor CCTV systems, alarms, access controls, and tracking tools.

• Coordinate and communicate with security personnel and field operatives.

• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies according to SOPs.

• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and operational records.

• Ensure adherence to security protocols and company standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Prior experience in a control room or security operations environment.

• Proficiency in security monitoring systems and relevant computer applications.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• High attention to detail and ability to monitor multiple systems simultaneously.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced security environment.
