About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to advance your career in contract management. In this role, you will ensure contractors operate in line with contract terms, drive compliance, and support operational excellence in production services.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and amend Service Entries & Requests in SAP for contract services
- Liaise with contractors daily to resolve purchase order and invoice issues
- Monitor contract performance, spend, payments, and expiration dates
- Maintain accurate records of agreements, purchase orders, and compliance documentation
- Support Accounts Payable and ensure adherence to procurement and financial processes
- Facilitate safe work practices and compliance with SHE standards
- Identify performance improvement opportunities and assist with contract risk management
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in contract administration, preferably with service contractors
- Proficiency with SAP and computerized maintenance management tools
- Experience in field or industrial environments, including remote locations
- Strong analytical, reporting, and budgetary skills
- Safety leadership knowledge and certifications
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate independently in a multi-cultural environment
