Consultant Client Service

A top employer is now accepting applications for this role. Salary: N300,000 - N350,000 Key Responsibilities:  Account Management: Accountable for the smooth running of the client’s account. This would involve:  

• Working with the senior consultant to develop strategic concepts and projects. 

• Lead in finalizing project activity/ activation and budget with client.

• Maintain overview of account, and proactively advise client on new issues/external environment and contribute to strategic planning meetings with client.

Client Liaison:  

• Contribute to client marketing strategy and thinking.  

• Communicates the client\'s goals and represents the client\'s interests to the team.  

• Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations. 

Growth of Business/ Account:  

• Support the senior consultant to create and develop opportunities for growing existing business and seek opportunities to expand the scope of paid work on account and value-adds to clients.

Professional Relations: 

• Building and maintaining key relationships with opinion leaders (FMCG, Marketing Communications, Govt. Regulatory bodies, industry, etc.)

• Demonstrate innovation and creativity beyond client ideas.

• Identify opportunities to build loyal consumer base for client’s brand or business. 

• Perform other Adhoc work as assigned

Requirements:

• B.Sc/HND in Public Relation, Mass Communication or  related field

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a relevant Client engaging role.

• Proven experience as a Client Service consultant or in a similar role.

• Proven record of handling projects for clients

• Experience in a Public Relation Agency is essential

• Proficient in Microsoft office tools
