The ENRICH project operates as a multi-year, multi-partner, multi-sector humanitarian consortium requiring standardized, rigorous project management across all four LGAs and implementing five sectors. Program Managers in ENRICH operate within complex systems involving phased donor funding, logistic and supply-chain constraints, multi-sector integration, multi-stakeholder coordination, and high accountability requirements. Strengthening professional project management capacity is essential for maintaining performance, reducing operational risk, ensuring compliance, and supporting quality delivery across sectors.
The purpose of this assignment is to fully equip ENRICH Program Managers with PMP-aligned competencies, ensure their eligibility for certification and facilitate end-to-end exam processing until each participant completes the PMP exam. The intent is to institutionalize standardized project management methods that reinforce delivery discipline across the consortium
Training Objective:
The activity will achieve the following:
- Strengthen practical competencies in project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure.
- Models relevant to humanitarian operations.
- Improve risk, issue, schedule, cost, resource, procurement and stakeholder management performance.
- Strengthen MEAL-linked planning, performance tracking and accountability frameworks.
- Build coherent project management approaches across partners and sectors.
- Enable all 12 Program Managers to meet PMI eligibility criteria.
- Process all PMI profiles, PMP eligibility applications and payments.
- Register and schedule all PMP exams.
- Administer or supervise administration of the PMP exam.
- Provide exam readiness tools, mock exams and coaching until exam completion
- Conduct a needs assessment to map existing gaps in project management capacity.
- Context and programming realities, supply-chain constraints,
- MEAL integration, multi-partner architecture and donor compliance structures.
- Provide a detailed training plan, curriculum, schedule and methodology.
- Collect participant data required for PMI eligibility processing.
- Deliver instructor-led PMP training aligned to the latest PMBOK standards.
