## Title: Conference & Events Sales Executive

Main Function

The Conference & Events Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue through the sale of conference, banquet, meeting, and event spaces. The role focuses on identifying leads, converting inquiries into confirmed business, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring exceptional service standards that reflect the prestige of a luxury hotel. This position requires exceptional sales capability, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality excellence.

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Actively sell and promote hotel conference rooms, banquet halls, event packages, and corporate meeting facilities
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective communication, negotiation, and client engagement
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with the hotel's financial goals
  • Assist in creating promotion plans and pricing structures for different market segments (corporate, weddings, diplomatic, NGOs, etc.)

Client Relationship Management

  • Establish, manage, and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agents, embassies, and VIP guests
  • Conduct site inspections, presentations, and meetings with potential clients
  • Respond to client questions, custom requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain high levels of service and hospitality before, during, and after events

Event Coordination & Planning Support

  • Work closely with internal teams (Banquets, Catering, Rooms Division, F&B, Front Office) to ensure successful execution of events
  • Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to operational departments using approved function sheets and BEOs
  • Participate in operational meetings to review event details, guest needs, and technical requirements
  • Ensure smooth handover from sales to events operations and follow up post-event for feedback
