Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret relevant laws, regulations, and policies affecting the business
• Develop, review, and update internal compliance policies and procedures
• Conduct periodic compliance audits and risk assessments
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and assist with compliance reporting
• Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance-related matters
• Investigate potential violations and recommend appropriate corrective actions

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of proven experience in a compliance, risk, or regulatory role (preferably in fintech or tech)
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry standards
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Integrity and a high standard of professional ethics
