About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team as a Company Driver. This position involves managing vehicle operations, ensuring safe merchandise delivery, and maintaining fleet standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading company merchandise carefully to prevent damage
• Perform routine vehicle checks including fuel levels, tire pressure, and fluid levels
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any issues or required repairs to management
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while executing duties
• Drive carefully to ensure the safety and protection of merchandise and staff, avoiding accidents and vehicle damage
• Plan and select the most efficient and secure routes for delivery operations
• Ensure timely conveyance of company goods
• Properly secure the vehicle when not in use
• Recognize and report any accidents, injuries, vehicle damage, electrical, mechanical, or other faults to management
• Maintain all legal documentation required for daily duties, including driver's license
• Ensure assigned vehicle is used only for authorized assignments and remains in good working condition
• Conduct periodic checks on vehicle papers to ensure they are up-to-date
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications

• Experience driving both manual and automatic vehicles
• Valid driver's license
• Extensive driving experience
• Minimum age of 40 years
• Married family status is considered an advantage
