Community, Fellowship & Outreach Officer at Vine City Church International

About the Role

Vine City Church International is seeking a Community, Fellowship & Outreach Officer (CFO) to lead outreach efforts and support church administration. This role is central to organizing fellowship activities, managing evangelism outreach, and supporting day-to-day church operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate community church services, small group meetings, and prayer sessions to encourage spiritual growth and foster deeper connections within the community
• Develop and manage outreach programs aimed at engaging the local community, attracting new members, and providing resources to those in need
• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers for both church activities and outreach initiatives, ensuring events run smoothly and effectively
• Assist church leadership with day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating church programs, and overseeing church records and documentation
• Build relationships with local organizations, residents, and leaders to foster collaboration and improve community outreach efforts
• Plan and execute special events, community service projects, and outreach campaigns in line with the church's vision and mission
• Handle church communications, maintain accurate membership records, and assist with financial reporting
• Manage administrative systems including payroll administration, document management, telephone follow-up, and staff management
• Track the success of outreach and fellowship programs, gathering feedback to improve future efforts
• Perform other duties as assigned by senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Born-again believer with a strong passion for evangelism and discipleship
• Not more than 30 years old
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
