About the Role

Salpha Energy Limited seeks a dedicated Communications and Corporate Partnerships Manager to provide strategic leadership for the organization's internal and external communications, brand positioning, media relations, and strategic partnerships. This hybrid role is responsible for strengthening the company's visibility, driving brand reputation, expanding corporate and institutional partnerships, and ensuring consistent, high-quality messaging across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Planning

• Develop and execute a comprehensive, organization-wide communications and corporate partnerships strategy aligned with Salpha Energy's mission and growth objectives
• Work with internal and external partners to execute the approved communications strategy
• Establish and monitor KPIs for digital communications, media relations, brand visibility, campaigns, and corporate partnerships
• Lead the communications team to conceptualize and implement communication and dissemination strategies and campaigns
• Ensure the organization receives the strategic and tactical communications advice and support required around key initiatives

Communications Management

• Oversee all internal and external communications, ensuring brand consistency, accuracy, and alignment with strategic priorities
• Lead content development for press releases, speeches, articles, success stories, corporate briefs, newsletters, and social media content
• Ensure quality control for all communication outputs including copywriting, editing, design, layout, and digital publishing
• Coordinate and supervise web content management, SEO optimization, and updates across all digital platforms
