About the Role

Adron Homes & Properties Limited is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Commission Sales Associate to join our team in Ibadan. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will play a key role in driving our sales success.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients
• Promote and showcase estate properties to prospective buyers
• Assist clients throughout the property purchase process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Conduct market research and develop effective sales strategies
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Adron Homes' product offerings
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets

Required Qualifications

• Minimum diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Sales aptitude with proven negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in market research with understanding of real estate trends
• Self-motivated with proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• High level of professionalism and integrity
• Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field (advantageous)
