A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Position Overview:
  • We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Commis Chef to support kitchen operations by assisting in food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring quality and consistency in food production under the supervision of senior chefs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items
  • Follow recipes and kitchen instructions accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Support senior chefs during service periods
  • Assist with stock rotation and proper storage of ingredients
  • Report faulty equipment or shortages to the supervisor
Requirements: & Qualifications
  • Minimum of SSCE / OND / Culinary Certificate
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation
  • Willingness to learn and take instructions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good personal hygiene and teamwork skills
  • Previous kitchen experience is an advantage.
