About the Role

Caverton Helicopters Limited, a commercial helicopter operator based in Nigeria, is seeking a Quality Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our quality management standards across all aviation operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and manage all correspondences with aviation authorities and external bodies
• Ensure all quality documentation is properly completed and maintained
• Maintain comprehensive records of all quality activities
• Coordinate follow-up actions on internal and external audits conducted by the department
• Carry out routine inspections as requested by the Quality Manager
• Participate in scheduled internal and external audits
• Monitor PRISM system reports and ensure timely completion of corrective action requests (CARs) within allocated timeframes
• Ensure effective and timely reporting using the PRISM system for all quality-related activities

Required Qualifications

• University degree in Sciences or related discipline
• Minimum one year of experience in aviation activities
• Completed training in quality management recognized by the aviation authority

• Proficiency in French (advantageous)
