## Title: Commercial Growth Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing Commercial Growth Consultant to drive market penetration and build strategic partnerships across industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads across sectors
  • Build and nurture relationships with HR decision-makers, Learning & Development units, and executive leadership teams
  • Market the company's training programs, HR services, assessments, and outsourcing solutions
  • Conduct client needs assessments and propose tailored solutions
  • Schedule and attend client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations
  • Develop proposals, RFP responses, and partnership documents
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and track conversion metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Represent the company at conferences, HR events, and networking functions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Experience Required

  • Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in Growth & Partnerships Sales
  • Experience in HR consulting, Training, Recruitment, or Professional Services is a strong advantage
  • Demonstrable ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and close deals
  • Experience selling HR solutions, consulting services, or capacity-building programs is preferred
  • Strong network within corporate organizations is highly desirable

  • Ability to conduct compelling business pitches
  • Market research and competitive analysis skills
  • Proposal writing proficiency
  • CRM and reporting skills (added advantage)
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Social Sciences, or related fields
  • Training or HR-related certifications are an added advantage
