## Title: Collections Officer (PAL Loans)

About the Role

We are recruiting Collections Officers to follow up with customers on overdue loan repayments, update records, and ensure timely recovery in line with company policy.

Responsibilities

Call and follow up with customers on outstanding loans
Update repayment information accurately
Maintain professional communication
Work towards daily and weekly recovery targets

Requirements

Minimum SSCE qualification
Good communication skills
Ability to meet targets
Previous experience in collections or telemarketing is an advantage
