An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Key Responsibilities    
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  • Manage and track all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Set up meetings or appointments between potential customers and sales representatives.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
  • Provide daily and weekly reports on call activities and results.
 Requirements   
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in cold calling
  • Knowledge of hospitality, travel, and sales conversion is an added advantage     
  • Fluent spoken and written English    
  • High emotional intelligence and customer-first mindset    
  • Organised, proactive, and tech-comfortable (Google Suite, WhatsApp, CRM)
