Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays to attract customers.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory.
- Manage store finances, including cash handling, sales reporting, and budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and store policies.
- Implement promotional strategies and marketing initiatives to boost foot traffic and revenue.
- Experience in retail management, preferably in clothing or fashion retail.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, inventory control, and POS systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- HND/BSc is required.
- Must be resident in Aleshinloye or nearby area.
- Must be available to resume immediately.
