About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent client service, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty
- Manage client complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Provide clients with accurate information about products and services
- Keep records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback
- Follow up on client issues to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Contribute to the achievement of client service goals and targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in client service, customer care, or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure effectively
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
