Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update Zoho CRM and client dashboards
- Handle client inquiries and follow-ups via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Draft offer letters and maintain accurate client records
- Support sales and property management operations
- Prepare weekly activity reports and track client interactions.
- Female graduate, aged 22–28 years
- Bachelor’s or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Estate Management, or related field
- 0–1 year experience (enthusiasm and willingness to learn count!)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn CRM systems.
- 4 days per week, onsite in Abuja
- Hands-on experience in real estate sales, client management, and CRM.
- Monthly stipend of ₦50,000 (transport allowance)
- Gain hands-on experience in client relationship management in the real estate sector.
- Work directly with a professional sales and property management team.
- Learn Zoho CRM, client engagement, and real estate operations.
