## Title: Client Relations Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Client Relations Officer to join Dovewell Oilfield Services Limited in Lagos, Nigeria. This position serves as a critical first point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal staff, requiring exceptional communication skills and professional judgment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address client concerns promptly and professionally, informing clients about company products, services, and promotions
  • Receive and manage all telephone calls and visitors with accuracy, professionalism, and courtesy
  • Manage client relationships and vendor coordination, ensuring satisfactory service delivery and negotiated payment terms
  • Handle inquiries, suggestions, feedback, and complaints in a professional and positive manner
  • Provide consistent quality service to customers via phone and email as the first line of contact
  • Schedule appointments and maintain updated appointment calendars
  • Organize travel itineraries and hotel/flight reservations for site personnel and visitors
  • Manage courier and dispatch services
  • Administer monetary claims by site personnel for payment and reimbursement
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by monitoring stock levels, anticipating needs, placing orders, and verifying receipts
  • Implement administrative systems, procedures, and policies while monitoring administrative projects
  • Provide administrative support to management and colleagues as needed
  • Supervise drivers and support staff
  • Perform ad hoc administrative and reception duties as assigned
  • Execute any other duties assigned by the Director
