## Title: Client Engagement & Delivery Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Client Engagement & Delivery Manager to join our expanding team. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, develop strategic relationships, expand our market presence, and deliver training programs to increase revenue while contributing to the company's long-term business growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and maintain high levels of client satisfaction by providing tailored consulting and training solutions that meet or exceed client expectations
  • Ensure the successful execution and delivery of consulting and training projects, with a focus on quality, relevance, and impact
  • Organize and deliver project management, change management, business analysis, and leadership training for clients both online and in-person
  • Ensure smooth coordination of client projects for successful outcomes and satisfaction
  • Lead and manage teams while fostering collaboration across departments
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and business development prospects
  • Apply sales techniques including cold calling, negotiation, and closing to achieve business objectives
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets consistently

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, organizational development, management, or engineering)
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in training and consulting in project management, agile methodologies, change management, business analysis, and performance management
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, CBAP, or Prosci
  • Proficiency with project management and business analysis tools and techniques
  • Demonstrated experience with sales techniques, including cold calling, negotiation, and closing
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Understanding of current learning and development trends with the ability to discuss them authoritatively with clients
