About the Role

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of the compound, stairway, and garden area
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in all offices, boardrooms, restrooms, gardens, and other assigned areas
• Weekly grooming of flowers in the garden
• Daily and frequent cleaning of toilets; replenishing toilet supplies including soap, handwash, air freshener, and tissue paper as needed
• Cleaning windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces using appropriate cleaning solutions
• Emptying trash bins and disposing of waste in designated areas
• Monitoring and replenishing cleaning supplies to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained
• Weekly cleaning of fridges, microwaves, and kitchen work surfaces
• Reporting any office maintenance issues, safety hazards, or incidents to the designated supervisor promptly
• Carrying out other duties as assigned

Education and Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE, OND, or equivalent
• At least one year of experience in cleaning, gardening, or janitorial services
• Proficiency in spoken and written English

• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
• Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision

• Reliability and punctuality in attendance and performance
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
• Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
