Church Planter and State Intercessor-Abia at Vine City Church International

About the Role

Vine City Church International is seeking a dedicated Church Planter and State Intercessor to pioneer and establish a new church branch, lead spiritual initiatives, and drive regional growth through evangelistic outreach and intercessory ministry.

Key Responsibilities

• Pioneer and establish a new Vine City Church branch
• Lead evangelistic outreaches, discipleship programs, and spiritual growth initiatives
• Recruit, mentor, and establish new church members
• Organize and lead intercessory prayers for the region's revival and church expansion
• Provide pastoral care, mentorship, and leadership to growing congregations
• Build strong community relationships and oversee church administration
• Plant and build fellowships including Student, Prison, Hospital, and Village Fellowships, and daughter churches across the assigned state
• Function as a Church Leader, leading church services and teaching the word to the congregation
• Offer pastoral care to church members through visitations and supportive engagement
• Participate fully in church prayer sessions, including morning staff intercession and weekly church programs
• Engage in daily prayer, spiritual warfare, and intercession as a spiritual discipline for soul-winning and kingdom expansion
• Utilize spiritual mapping techniques in church planting and growth initiatives
• Engage in church planting across assigned states as appointed by the Senior Pastor

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor's Degree
• 5–10 years of experience in church leadership and ministry
• Born-again pastor with a genuine passion for church planting
• Strong commitment to evangelism, discipleship, and intercessory ministry
• Proven experience in pioneering and establishing new churches
• Demonstrated ability to mobilize, recruit, and establish strong congregations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
