About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this Chief Security Officer position.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain a robust, enterprise-wide security framework covering physical, personnel, and cyber-physical domains
• Oversee security operations, threat intelligence, incident response, and crisis management for all sites; coordinate with law-enforcement, regulators, and emergency services
• Develop and enforce security policies, standards, SOPs, and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIS, OSHA, and local statutory requirements
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing security team; manage recruitment, training, performance, and succession planning
• Conduct regular risk assessments, security audits, vulnerability testing, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with IT/OT, operations, and senior leadership to integrate security into business processes and capital projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminology, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Minimum 10 years progressive security leadership experience, with at least 5 years at director/CSO level in industrial or agro-processing environments
• Proven ability to secure complex facilities, manage multi-site security programs, and reduce incident rates
• Excellent strategic, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
