Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Chief Security Officer to oversee and implement security strategies to safeguard people, property, and assets. The CSO will ensure a safe environment by developing protocols, supervising staff, and managing security operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective security policies and procedures
• Supervise and train security personnel
• Monitor and evaluate security operations
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and emergency protocols
• Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits
• Liaise with law enforcement and external agencies as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Security Studies, Criminology, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a security leadership role
• Strong knowledge of security systems, risk management, and crisis response
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Background in law enforcement or military is an added advantage
