The Chief Security Officer (CSO) is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all security strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the safety of company assets, employees, guests, and facilities. The role involves coordinating all security operations, supervising security personnel, monitoring access control systems, and maintaining a safe environment across all business units.

The CSO conducts regular risk assessments, investigates incidents, enforces discipline within the security team, and collaborates with law enforcement or emergency agencies when necessary. They also oversee CCTV monitoring, patrol schedules, and event security planning to prevent breaches, theft, or violence.

This position requires strong leadership, situational awareness, and crisis management skills, as well as the ability to train and motivate the security team to uphold professionalism and vigilance at all times.
