Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and define sales processes to capitalize on them.
- Collaborate with the executive team to set sales goals and objective.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and develop top sales talent.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the sales team.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Oversee the management of key accounts and build strong relationships with major clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are met.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and competitors\' activities.
- Use market insights to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Identify and address potential risks to achieving sales goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
- Communicate sales performance, strategies, and goals to the executive team and board of directors.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and results.
- Develop and manage the sales budget.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and projections.
- Monitor sales expenses and ensure they are within budget.
