A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and define sales processes to capitalize on them.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to set sales goals and objective.
Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
  • Recruit, train, and develop top sales talent.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the sales team.
Revenue Growth and Management:
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Oversee the management of key accounts and build strong relationships with major clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are met.
Market and Competitive Analysis:
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and competitors\' activities.
  • Use market insights to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Identify and address potential risks to achieving sales goals.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
  • Communicate sales performance, strategies, and goals to the executive team and board of directors.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and results.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Develop and manage the sales budget.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and projections.
  • Monitor sales expenses and ensure they are within budget.
