Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) who is a SEC-licensed sponsored individual to join Ploutos Asset Management. As the company is currently undergoing SEC licensing as a portfolio and fund management firm, the COO will play a critical role in overseeing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving the execution of investment and portfolio strategies across multiple asset classes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all day-to-day operational activities related to Ploutos Asset Management
• Develop and implement operational strategies in alignment with company goals
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance when receiving client funds
• Ensure the company achieves and maintains full regulatory certification and ongoing compliance
• Drive significant growth in the company's Assets under Management within a defined strategic period
• Establish and oversee robust systems and processes to ensure strong operational performance
• Lead capital mobilization and investment execution
• Implement continuous process improvement to enhance productivity and cost efficiency
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and act as the primary liaison with regulators
• Lead, mentor, and support the operational team
• Collaborate with other executives and department heads to develop business plans and set goals
