  • The COO will oversee daily operations, logistics, restaurant partnerships, customer experience, and cross-functional execution. You’ll build systems, lead teams, and drive operational excellence as we grow.
What You’ll Do
  • Lead end-to-end operations and delivery logistics
  • Build scalable processes and operational frameworks
  • Manage restaurant partnerships and service performance
  • Oversee customer experience and quality standards
  • Drive KPI improvements, cost optimization, and service efficiency
  • Collaborate with founders on strategy and expansion
What We’re Looking For
  • 8-12+ years in operations, logistics, food delivery, or e-commerce
  • Strong leadership and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to scale operations in fast-paced environments
  • Start-up or marketplace experience preferred
