Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth, revenue, and market expansion
• Lead and supervise departmental heads to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and growth channels
• Drive collaboration across operations, sales, finance, HR, and creative teams
• Analyze customer insights, sales data, and market trends to inform key decisions
• Oversee internal systems, policies, and scalable operational processes
• Represent the brand in external meetings, partnerships, and investor engagements
• Maintain the brand's creative identity across campaigns, visuals, and product design
• Ensure seamless coordination between sales, production, and logistics teams
• Track performance, fulfillment, and operational efficiency, preparing regular reports
• Mentor and guide teams to enhance productivity, innovation, and accountability

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Minimum of 8–10 years' progressive experience in operations leadership, preferably in fashion, retail, or lifestyle sectors
• Proven record of driving organizational growth and efficiency
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Strong understanding of brand management, retail operations, and market trends
