Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning and executing DrugStoc's digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation within the pharmaceutical and healthcare provider space.
The role involves managing multiple digital channels, analyzing performance data to optimize campaigns, and ensuring strong ROI while maintaining consistent brand messaging aligned with company growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Optimize website and content to improve organic search visibility (SEO)
- Collaborate with the Communications/Content team to develop engaging digital content
- Manage social media profiles, schedule posts, engage audiences, and grow followership
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and customer engagement
- Oversee paid advertising initiatives (Google Ads, social media ads)
- Monitor web analytics, user behavior, conversion performance, and digital funnels
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent and timely campaign delivery
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign and web performance
- Proficiency in SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and content marketing
- Strong writing and creative skills for ads, social posts, and email content
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration and communication skills
- Knowledge of the B2B healthcare/pharmaceutical market
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
- 2–4+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
