## Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job Summary

We are currently partnering with a leading organization in the engineering services, oil & gas, construction, and infrastructure space to find a visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their leadership team in Lagos, Nigeria.

The ideal CFO will drive financial excellence, lead strategic growth initiatives, and build sustainable value across complex, capital-intensive projects.

Key Responsibilities

Drive financial strategy, capital structuring, and business growth initiatives
Lead treasury, audit, and reporting functions with precision
Partner with business units to enhance profitability and operational performance
Manage relationships with banks, investors, and key stakeholders
Champion corporate governance and financial integrity across the organization

Required Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of finance experience, with 7+ years in a senior leadership or CFO role
Professional qualification: ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CFA
Proven expertise in corporate finance, project funding, and risk management
Experience within engineering, oil & gas, or infrastructure environments
