About the Role
Hodskey Consultants Limited is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic financial leadership and oversight for the organization. The CFO will be responsible for ensuring financial sustainability, profitability, compliance with statutory requirements, effective capital management, and sound corporate governance. This is a key executive position that will serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board on financial strategy, risk management, and long-term business planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial strategy and leadership
- Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Financial reporting and controls
- Treasury, cash flow, and capital management
- Taxation and regulatory compliance
- Risk management and governance
- Audit and stakeholder management
- Team leadership and development
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Professional qualification is mandatory: ICAN, ACCA, or ANAN (or equivalent international certification)
- Minimum of 5–10 years of relevant experience
- Not more than 45 years of age at the time of application
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree (MBA, MSc Finance, or Accounting)
- Experience in manufacturing or financial services sectors
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proven executive-level financial leadership experience
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, financial reporting, taxation, and risk management
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and corporate governance awareness
- Proficiency in ERP systems, financial modeling tools, and advanced Excel
