About the Role

Willers Solutions is expanding and seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the company's financial operations and strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, risk management, investment oversight, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate governance standards.

This role requires a strategic thinker capable of driving growth, optimizing performance, and supporting the organization's long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and sustainability
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and governance standards
• Manage risk assessment frameworks and internal control systems
• Lead financial reporting, analysis, and presentation to the MD/CEO and Board
• Oversee treasury operations, cash flow management, and investment portfolios
• Establish and maintain relationships with investors, banks, and financial partners
• Conduct profitability and cost-benefit analyses to guide strategic decision-making
• Drive cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and financial efficiency initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Master's Degree (MBA, Finance, or related discipline) preferred
• Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, or CFA required
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in senior financial management roles, ideally within agribusiness, FMCG, or manufacturing
• Strong background in financial strategy, investment management, and risk control
• Proven success in leading financial restructuring, budgeting, and performance optimization
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
