About the Role

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as a key strategic partner to the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors, providing leadership and direction for all financial aspects of the organization. The role is responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring robust financial controls, supporting business growth, and sustaining long-term organizational stability.

The CFO will oversee financial planning, budgeting, accounting, reporting, treasury, taxation, and compliance, while providing strategic insights and risk management guidance to support informed decision-making and organizational efficiency.

Strategic Leadership

• Provide strategic financial leadership and contribute to the overall business strategy and growth objectives
• Partner with executive management to identify business opportunities, assess financial risks, and drive sustainable profitability
• Support long-term financial forecasting, capital structure optimization, and investment strategy

Financial Management & Reporting

• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with IFRS and other applicable standards
• Ensure effective internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance frameworks are in place and maintained
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, including variance analysis and performance reporting
• Present financial performance reports and recommendations to the CEO, Board, and relevant committees

Treasury & Risk Management

• Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimization, and liquidity planning
• Develop and implement strategies for managing financial risks, including foreign exchange, credit, and market exposure
• Maintain effective relationships with financial institutions, investors, auditors, and regulatory authorities

Corporate Governance & Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, tax obligations, and corporate governance principles
• Supervise internal and external audit functions
