Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and fiscal responsibility
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives
• Oversee preparation, analysis, and presentation of financial statements and management reports
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization
• Ensure compliance with all statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls across the organization
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring full documentation and readiness
• Provide financial insights and strategic guidance to executive management
• Support operational efficiency and profitability across departments
• Stay updated on industry trends, accounting standards, and best practices

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience as a mid-career professional with strong leadership capability
• Proven experience in audit, specifically auditing manufacturing companies, from a reputable audit firm (Big 4 or mid-tier preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Odoo, SAP) and advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• High integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Readiness to step into a strategic CFO role
