Candidates must have a B.Sc. or HND in Secretarial Studies or Office Management from a recognized University or other institutions with Pitman/RSA with 120/60 in typewriting and shorthand.

Possession of 8 years relevant cognate work experience, with good knowledge of ICT are required.
