Location & Employment Details
Location: Ajaokuta, Kogi
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Industry: Building Material/Tiles
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) compliance and establish proper processes for good governance
- Analyze spares consumption patterns and raise purchase requisitions on time
- Prepare Goods Received Notes (GRN) on time and book consumption in a timely manner
- Implement 5S methodology in the warehouse to minimize retrieval time
- Track all Purchase Requisitions (PR) placed until goods are received
- Verify that goods received match the packing list and corresponding PR
- Conduct periodic cyclical physical verification of inventory
- Maintain proper stock management and organization
- Ensure timely and accurate ERP entries
- Coordinate with Mumbai office, Purchase team, and C&F team to ensure timely receipt of documents for GRN processing
- Escalate pending receipts or issues for immediate booking
- Ensure correct cost centers are applied to all transactions
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in an Engineering field
- 5+ years of experience in spare parts and store management
- Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude
- Warehouse management experience is a plus
