Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chef responsible for planning, preparing, and executing high-quality meals featuring both local and continental dishes that meet established standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare a variety of meals in line with menu specifications
• Ensure all dishes leaving the kitchen meet quality, taste, and presentation expectations
• Support menu planning and development for family functions
• Manage waste reduction and portion control to optimize efficiency
• Enforce strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards

Requirements

• Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field with 5 years of experience
• Proven experience as a Chef in-house or in a hotel setting
• Strong knowledge of international and local cuisines
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
