About the Role

An established company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chartered Accountant to join its finance and accounting team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of financial regulations, and hands-on experience with accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local standards
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory filings
• Conduct internal audits and support external audit processes
• Provide strategic financial insights to management

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• ICAN Certification (Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria) – mandatory
• Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally ERP or SAP
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and financial modeling
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
