Job Summary:  The Head of Accounts oversees the financial health of the organization by managing accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and leading the accounts team. Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations 

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports 

• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulatory requirements 

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning 

• Monitor internal controls and implement process improvements 

• Manage account reconciliations and audit preparation 

• Lead and supervise the accounting team 

• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies 

• Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations
