About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to oversee all financial operations of the organization. The Chartered Accountant will ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial reporting and control.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger
• Prepare and present accurate financial statements, management reports, and performance analyses
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements
• Develop and maintain effective internal control systems to safeguard company assets
• Coordinate and manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making
• Monitor cost control measures and ensure optimal allocation of financial resources
• Support business expansion and investment decisions through financial modeling and analysis
• Supervise the finance team, ensuring professional development and adherence to best accounting practices

Required Qualifications

• ICAN or ACCA certification (mandatory)
• 10 years of proven experience as a Finance Manager, Chief Accountant, or CFO within the hospitality or QSR sector
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial reporting standards
