Channel Digital Manager at Transsion Holdings

About the Role

Transsion Holdings is seeking a dedicated Channel Digital Manager to drive the strategic growth and operational excellence of our digital platform in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the App, including customer management, product management, order management, data management, and marketing management
• Design operational incentives and marketing strategies based on existing channels and user base
• Focus on customer acquisition, retention, and user engagement through data-driven decision making
• Use analytics to drive rapid iteration and build an efficient operational chain
• Collaborate with business and other departments to ensure target achievement and progress monitoring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field
• 2+ years of marketing or user growth experience in SaaS tools or Internet e-commerce platforms
• Proven project management capabilities
• Strong data analysis skills with ability to make timely adjustments based on insights
• Proficiency with common office software and data analysis tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of mobile phone or accessories business
