Centre Coordinator at MSI Reproductive Choices

Position Overview

MSI Reproductive Choices seeks a dedicated Centre Coordinator to deliver clinical services in alignment with organizational strategy. The successful candidate will contribute to program direction, drive sustainability, and increase access to family planning and reproductive health services across the organization.

Key Objectives

The Centre Coordinator will:

• Provide leadership to the medical team in achieving MSI's mission and strategic targets
• Coordinate clinic units and establish effective communication systems
• Develop team business and management capacity
• Oversee clinical service delivery and maintain quality care standards
• Manage resources efficiently
• Collaborate with government and non-governmental agencies

Strategy and Planning Responsibilities

• Contribute to organizational strategy and future program direction with focus on program sustainability and expanding access to family planning and sexual and reproductive health services
• Actively participate in quarterly performance reviews
• Contribute to annual business plans and facilitate the business planning process, including service target setting and activity planning
• Assist in developing project ideas and providing input into proposals for donor funding
• Prepare clinical services annual targets and ensure implementation upon approval

Team Leadership Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction to the medical team
• Ensure achievement of organizational mission, strategic objectives, and clinic targets
• Coordinate different clinic units (OPD, OR, Lab)
• Oversee organization, deployment, supervision, and performance appraisal of staff

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing, Midwifery, or Public Health
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
• Strong technical skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
