An established company is recruiting for the following position. Location: Gujeni, Kaduna About the Role
  • The CCTV Junior Engineer supports the installation, operation, and maintenance of CCTV and related security systems. The role involves troubleshooting, routine system checks, and assisting senior engineers to ensure reliable surveillance coverage and system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, NVR/DVRs, and related equipment
  • Monitor system performance and conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve faults in hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Assist in system upgrades, expansions, and testing
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with security, safety, and company standards
  • Coordinate with IT and security teams for system integration and support
Required Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • 2–3 years’ hands-on experience with CCTV and surveillance systems
  • Knowledge of IP and analog CCTV systems, networking basics, and cabling
  • Ability to read technical drawings and system layouts
  • Good troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Willingness to work on-site and respond to system faults as required.
